SPA ARRIVAL
We kindly recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a brief spa consultation and to enjoy a refreshing welcome drink before your treatment.
MEDICAL ALERT
Please alert the spa reception and your therapist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, using any skincare medications or have had recent laser, plastic, or other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. We are unable to perform some treatments if you are pregnant.
VALUABLES
A jewelry box is provided at the spa, but we recommend that you do not bring any valuables to the spa. If you do, please remove your watch and jewelry. Please note that Rehat Spa will not be hold responsible for any loss of valuable items.
ATTIRE FOR TREATMENT
For your comfort, we will provide you sarong, disposable panties, and slippers.
AGE LIMITATION
Guest visiting for spa treatments should be at least 12 years old. To respect the tranquility of all our guests, children under 12 are not permitted in the spa area.
BOOKING TIME
Open daily from 10.00 AM – 10.00 PM. If you are delayed, please be reminded that your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to the next guest, and your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. We recommend making your spa appointments 24 hours in advance, by contacting our spa directly.
Spa reservations can be made by telephone through the operator. Outside guests are kindly requested to call us when making a booking. Your room number or phone number and full name are required. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at least 6 hours before your scheduled booking time to avoid a full cancellation fee.
